Prescription (Rx) Requirements

Prescriptions are carefully reviewed and validated before lenses are made.

To avoid cancellation and delays, prescriptions must be:

  • Prescriptions must be valid before the order date and not expired.
  • Prescriptions are reviewed and validated before the manufacturing process.
  • Prescriptions must be for the person named on the order.
  • Contact lenses must match prescribed brand and Rx exactly, to avoid cancellation and delays.

Take a Photo

Make sure your photo is clear and has the prescribing doctor's name, location, and expiration date.

Upload the image

We accept images in JPG, PNG, and PDF format. Maximum file size is 5MB.

Step 3

We'll Take Care of the Rest

That's it! We'll fulfill your order after we validate your prescription.
