At Eyeconic®, we work with eye doctors all over the country to make sure you get the vision care you need. Your vision changes over time, so it’s important to schedule regular visits to the eye doctor.
Seeing an optometrist or ophthalmologist isn’t just about getting a new prescription, though. These healthcare professionals can also check for diseases of the eye, and early detection is crucial for treatment.
Once you have your prescription, you can apply your vision insurance to buy new glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses on Eyeconic. Learn more about why our partnership with over 38,000 doctors is great news for you and your eyes.
An annual comprehensive eye exam helps your doctor monitor changes to the health of your eyes and vision quality over time. During your visit the eye doctor will perform a variety of simple tests to check visual sharpness, eye alignment, interocular pressure, blind spots, and more. In-person eye exams can provide early detection of glaucoma, cancers of the eye, diabetes, and other serious health concerns.
